Section 231
Badniat Chitai should not be cured
(1) Any person knowingly or having reason to know that the death or maiming of any person may cause death or maiming, administers such medicine or prescribes to take any medicine with the intention of killing or maiming someone, giving one type of treatment to another, or administering such medicine or If one part of the human body needs to be cut to recommend food or to be cut, then another part should not be cut or separated from the body to make such a part useless.
(2) A person who commits or causes an offense under sub-section (1) shall be punished as follows:-
(a) Imprisonment for life for the death of any person (b) Punishment under section 192 for mutilation.
